I have been painting most of my life and each new piece holds the same excitement as the first. Painting has led me on journeys half way around the world but none so challenging as that which happens in the studio.
I am as passionate about gardening and when the weather is warm, my fingernails are never clean. I also love to sew, knit and work with paper arts. I guess it’s not a stretch to see why collage is such an influence in my work.
I live on the west coast of Canada with my partner and two of the cutest little dogs. I try to find time to enjoy the beach, each of my seven children and my nine grand children.
